Email Listener process unread emails , then mark it that as read or move it different folder
How to mark e-mail as read Or move it to a different folder after Email Listener process unread emails, pls share your thoughts on this. Thanks.

Hi,
After mail listener process the mail, we have option to keep the mail in read state. Please select Keep messages on server (IMAP) option to keep the mails.

If IMAP option is used, Can Original mail be attached to the case. I did a POC using IMAP option (email server) , but email didn't attach to the case, other way for POP3 - it is attaching, so we have a requirement to keep the read mail in the server and attach the mail to the case, is it possible to do?

Attaching an email to the case should be controlled by the Email Listener configuration on the Process tab. There is a checkbox for "Save original email (in EML format)", which should work for either IMAP and POP3. If you've done this and the email is only saved with POP3, that could indicate a bug (or perhaps something has been customized and it broke this functionality). It's worth noting that the email listener would need to be restarted if you make a change to the rule form and save it.
