File listener Unable to move Processed files to completed folder
Pega File listener is not able to move files to completed folder once the file processing was completed. In file listener settings i gave the cleanup as keep and also i enabled error recovery. Currently we are using Pega 8.4 version. Before in file listener the cleanup was configured as delete but now I changed the cleanup as keep but still it is deleting the file and it is not moving it to completed folder.
Kindly advise how can I resolve this issue?

I restarted the background nodes and file listeners then it started working fine.

Please share screenshot of Process and Error tabs...seems we have missed something while configuration.

Hi,
If file listener configuration is done as explained in the help documentation of file listener in respective pega version, you can check the completed folder permissions. If the requestor doesn't have write access, file won't be placed in the completed folder.
