How to send Outlook email through open span from saved email template in local D drive folder.

I have saved Outlook email template in "D" drive in particular folder with defined To,Subject, Body.

Now I want to open that template from "D" drive folder and send with attachments through Pega Robotic Studio.

Could you please help me on this one.

Once you open the file, how outlook connector will identify file opened?

Possible could you please send small automation how we can achieve this.
