Open Case id from URL Email Body

Hi,

In my case I have to send an email. In my email I put a URL, if the URL clicked it will open case id in Pega. But I dont know how..

My question is how do I open the case id by URL in email?

The purpose of my question is I have two id cases when I run the first id case in which there is send email for approval, after the email is received then the recipient only receive email containing link where the link if clicked will open the second id id that has been made earlier on Pega.

Is the ID which is being opened with the link is in resolved-completed status?

And what is the status of the ID you are expecting to get open?
