In my case I have to send an email. In my email I put a hyperlink, if the hyperlink clicked it will open case id in Pega. But I dont know how..

For example:

I sent an email for approval from Pega. And through the e-mail, the approver can approve it by clicking on the hyperlink available in the e-mail (e-mail is an external e-mail, for example: Gmail). And then the hyperlink immediately opens the Case-Id that must be approved.

My question is how do I Open The Case Id by Clicking on The Hyperlink in The Body of The Email?
