Hi,

I have a requirement where I need to open a case on click of case ID link in email correspondence.

For Example:

A correspondence with few case Id's has been sent to Approver mail. Once the approver clicks on case Id it must be directed to case directly and approver must be able to perform action like Approve or reject the case.

I tried using WorkLink correspondence fragment but it is not working as expected. On click of case id link it is opening login page and asking for credentials. After providing credentials it is failing.
