Hi,

There are 2 options:

1. You will need to invoke the openAssignment function on the click event of the link. But, you will need to make sure that the case is assigned to the user who is going to click on the link. If the email recipients are more than one, you will need to call the function conditionally.

2. Provide a button to accept/claim the case, and on click event the assignment can be opened.

Also, if it is the issue with ONLY the look and feel of the case, then you can customise the review harness, add additional sections and update the UI.
