There is a scenario like email listener monitor on particular email account on particular Folder. Service Email rule have to parse the email body and map the Rating and feedback given by customer to case. Case ID is present in subject so no issue with it.
But how to extract data from email which are not in same Format or is their any way to make customer provide rating and feedback only in particular format.
Kindly help me with this.
