Read Email body contents and map to work object
Hello,
I successfully configured my case to be instantiated through email. I am stuck in reading the table contents from the email body and map the values to the work object. My Email body has a table that has values like FirstName, LastName, Email etc. I would like to map these to my work object. How do I process the pyBody contents and map to the case?

Hi Sravya,
If all the emails have the same format, you can try to use parse delimited rules to achieve your functionality.

Could you be more specific on how to implement this? I tried adding a Parse delimited rule onto service Email message header section but that didn't work (Screenshots attached).

I assume you already know how to configure the Service Email. I did below things in order to process email body, read the values and map them to a work object.
1. Service Email-->Request-->Message Data: Create a Delimited parse rule.
Map to: Delimited ParseRule
Map to Key : Create a Parse delimited rule (Ex: EmailProcessing.HTML)
2. Parse Delimted Rule:
Field Format: Custom Definition
Delimiter: , (comma in my case)
Escape Character: \
Under Parsing Details, map the email contents to clipboard and specify work object properties to map to.

Can you please provide sample template that you have created for your requirements.
I hope all the data with parse delimated rule will be saved to value list frst then will need to WO properties.
