Notifications bell

Hi all, I have a problem with the bell notifications, The number of notifications shows it correctly:

Notifications are displayed with a blue circle icon, indicating that they have not been read:

however, when the bell is clicked again to view them, they all end up being marked as read:

someone who can help me solve this please?

@pradeepkp How does the notification bell get its color? Specifically the red icon that appears with the number of notifications. We would like to update this red to be ADA AA compliant.

 

I see the helperclass notification-count but I am not sure where it is created
