Hi All,

Due to business requirements we have to send a notification in the portal not to a specific operator but to a Workgroup (officer), because we have to notify an Officer when a Customer have an expiring license. 

I use a Job Scheduler that will be run everyday to check if any customer's license expiration date is approacing in 60 calendar days. The Job scheduler will call an pxNotify and Call a Notification Rule.

I don't really sure if my approach is correct, but I really stuck where I have to declare the Workgroup/Workqueue so the officers will be notified regarding this.

Please help.
