Pega 8.7.6 - Cosmos Application does not send Notification Pulse (Bell and Email)
Hello everyone! I am trying to let the pulse notifications work.
I created a Cosmos Application and I am trying to send notification when I post something on pulse view.
There is one email account configured because I already used the email notification. I tried to create a new one, as suggested in some topic and doc, with Pulse Notification bus it stilss does not work.
The post is published but I receive neither the bell notification nor the email, despite the person's tag.
Can you help me?

@SohamM95 Hi Soham. Thanks for your answer and your help. I found the solution through https://support.pega.com/question/error-ui-authoring-community-edition where a collegue says to be careful about the Constellation DSS. I set it and it worked! DSS: ConstellationMessageSvcHostPath

Can you check if notifications are turned off for pulse in all of the notification rules related to Pulse post/reply/likes?

@SohamM95 Hello dear, I did not get what you mean. I set notification preferences in Case Worker portal with all Enabled and Istant.

Goto the Records explorer, open Process>Notification. Then filter out the Pulse related notification rules and check if they're enabled or not. You'll get it in the Channels tab of the rules
