Hi, System fails to display notification list in bell icon
Version pega 81
please refer attached image, this is how system shows on click of bell icon
anybody faced this issue? or do we have any SR for this issue

Yes, through pxNotify API Notification triggered manually. user has notification, we able to see in PC_WORK_Notification table

'pyDisplayNotificationGadgetDetails' is the section that displays on click of the bell icon, where a repeating dynamic layout should be displayed for 'D_pyGetNotificationsForOperator' datapage results.
Check this section for any visibility conditions failing if you have the proper results on the above said datapage, you should be able to find some clue from here.

Did you see an entry for the recipient in Data-Notification-Recipient table.
Note: By default, the current requestor will be filtered, if it is raised by the same requestor.
Also, Can you please validate the notification preferences for the operator by navigating to
Case manager portal -> Operator menu -> Notification preferences
