SLA Email Notification
Hi Team,
I have SLA on assignment when I submit that assignment at that time task will generate and email will send to manager. But for same task two email notification receive by manager for same correspondence in one day with different time. As per requirement it should send one email notification for one task.
Could you please help me on that.

Does it mean that email should be sent only while creation of task or only after one day?
For sending the email after one day did you configure the email notification in the SLA rule?

Hi @pratikshan
Can you check the SLA configured assignemnt shape. In Advanced Section Notification If it mentioned "NotifyAllAssigne" email might send twice with your specidied SLA time & one day interval time. I had faced this situation once. Please check and confirm.

As I understand your requirement is to send email notification to manager when you reached to that assignment.
You can click on assignment shape in flow and add following configuration. so that only one notification will go per task.
