Yes, we can have multiple Work Groups for an operator. Each operator can belong to one or more Work Groups, allowing them to have different roles and responsibilities in various contexts.

Open operator ID in Dev studio

Here is an example to illustrate:

Let's say you have two Work Groups: "CustomerService" and "Sales." You can create Access Groups named "CustomerServiceAccess" and "SalesAccess." For each Access Group, associate the corresponding Work Group.

• CustomerServiceAccess:

  • Work Group: CustomerService
  • Additional access settings as needed

• SalesAccess:

  • Work Group: Sales
  • Additional access settings as needed

Then, assign the users to the appropriate Access Groups based on their roles and responsibilities.
