Azure AD Group to Work group Mapping
We have SSO set up in LDAP. We want to be able to map Azure AD groups to Work groups in Pega so when a user Logs into Pega we can check their claims (AD groups) and if they belong HR AD group we want the Operator record to be updated with HR Team (Pega Work group) and make that as default group.
Are there any step by step guide/document that will let us achieve this? Appreciate your help/advise with this request!!

You could make use of Mapping Tab which will be avail in SSO authentication service to achieve this.
Have a data page source with activity and inside activity have your logic to calculate user work group based on LDAP attributes. After you calculated the work group inside activity initialize the return value to OperatorID system pages properties in which pega will be maintaining the user work group information.. This approach should help you to override the operator work group dynamically based on LDAP attributes...
