Map one workbasket to multiple work group
Hi,
I have a scenario as below:
There are 2 work groups say WG1 and WG2. I have 2 work baskets WB1 and WB2. Now, The operator (where the work group mentioned as WG1 in the operator's work tab) can access WB1 and the operator (where the work group mentioned as WG2 in the operator's work tab) can access both WB1 and WB2. How can I do this?

Hi Subhajit,
1. Create WG1 by mapping WB1 as default work basket and Operator2 as Manager.
For Operator1(In Operator's work tab add WG1) so that he can access WB1.
2. Create WG2 by mapping WB2 as default workbasket.
For Operator2(In Operator's work tab add WG2).
Now Operator2 can access both WG1 and WG2 , so obviously he can access both WB1 and WB2.

Krishna Veni I agree to the point to get the work from both the work baskets we need to check the option merge work baskets option and you can also prioritize the work based on the Next based action of the work items and also based on the threshold of the workbasket.
