Multiple work pools on Access group
Hi,
In Access group we have an option to give multiple work pools but at a time only one work pool is active (radio button selected) so what is the use of multiple
work pools in Access group then?

Hi Chiranjeevi,
Multiple Workpools are provided in the Access group inorder to switch between the different work pools or for the better modularity in designing the class hierarchy as per my knowledge.

Hi Chiranjeevi,
The whole purpose of restricting the work pools in the access group is to make sure that the users under that access groups can CREATE the cases of that work pool. Said that, the user will not have any problem in updating an already created WO of a work pool that is not in the list of work pools under that corresponding access group.
