Access groups, work groups, skills, work queues - cloning?

Is there a way to easily copy/clone one user's access groups, work groups, skills and work queues to another user's profile?

I don't think you can clone all that within a single click on that Pega 7.4 version. I guess it is always possible to create your own clone activity to do that automatically. But that will require configuration and testing work.
