Access Roles in Work Queue
Hi All, I have a ask to place the restriction on the assignments, so that the person with different role could not work on this. I did try to add the role at the worqueue and tested it in my local instance i.e cosmos it did works. when non accessed user try to open the assignment it gives a message "not autorised". But same when implemented on the application built on "CustomerServiceForInsurance" framework, is not working its allowing all user to open any case , i.e role mentioned in the work queue is not getting identified. is there a way to be followed differently for above framework ?
