What Should be added at the Role Access For make the Work Basket ?
I need help for make the role Access for the Work Basket some thing must be add at the Access Role

we have 4 stage and each stage will be handled by different division and i want when the first division submit the assignment then the first division can't open it again until the second division reject it and return to the first division and when the second division accepted the assignment then continue to the next division and continue like that until the 4th Division.

I didn't understand your question clearly.
If you want to have restriction to your Work Basket then you can configure Roles for that work basket and you can define the accessibility for those roles. And the operator who has those roles they can access .
