How to implement Access Role in Workbasket ?
Hello All,
my requirement is to show Workbasket A that belongs to workgroup XYZ to only specific users.
suppose Workgroup XYZ contains WB A,B,C,D . Then A should not be visible to all the users of the workgroup. So I created a access role name with ARO - Assign-WorkBasket and has given this in accessgroup of the operator id and in Workbasket.
But even the operators who does not belong to that access group are able to see WorkBasket A.
Please help me in resolving this.

This is purely based on the widget you are using. I assume that users should be still able to receive work from the workbasket, but not see the workbasket on the Portal.
OOTB work baskets are displayed based on the work group. You can modify the underlying report definition or create a new UI widget.

Hi Raju,
My requirement here is - the user who do not have access to work basket "A" should not be able to see it on the portal and should not be able to access it as well.
As you suggested, I checked the source for WB 's on the UI. It is "pyWorkbasketsInMyWorkGroup" report definition only.
Even I checked using ootb activity "getworkbasketlist". There also the WB "A" with access role is coming even though the operator's access group does not have the corresponding role.
Please suggest.
