multiple access roles

When an access group has multiple access roles with conflicting levels for a certain class, which gets used at run time?

In Access role, actually "Access role to object" or "Access deny" rules refers to class which decides the access rights.

1. If there are any access deny rule specified for the class it will take precedence over the "Access role to object"

2. If there are multiple "Access role to object" rules for the same class, the rule which have highest access rights will be enforced.
