access group is associated with a role that grants

Hi,

Maybe its a basic question I am trying to do a POC creating multiple cases at once by using the Bulk actions form.

I need to ensure that the access group is associated with a role that grants you the Work-.PerformBulk privilege.

 

Can someone make me understand how exactly I can understand or to do?

Hi Sam, 

1. You can access a bulk action from profile menu option, screen print shown below.

Select the action and select the case type

2. To add privileges, open your access group and open access role. In the access role under work class add PerformBulk privilege.
