Hi,

I am on Pega 7.2. I have an approval process that routes requests into separate work baskets. Each work basket has its own work group with specific operators. The problem is, an approver from one group is able to approve requests in another operators work queue. I believe I may need to refine the access role more granularly, but wanted to see if that is what restricts work queue access?
