Routing to work group based on the skill before persist the case

I have requirement to route assignment based on the skill for that i'm using ToLeveledGroup Activity to assign work different operators equally, Now I want pick operator name before reaching that assignment can you please help me in that

@Venugopal Paladugu Hi, You can use the below function and set the result to a property 

@pickBalancedOperator(Param.workgroup, Primary, myStepPage, null, 0, 100, 10, tools)

Also make sure you have the handling done if the above function returns null
