Robot Manager - We Have Multiple Work Groups but we need only one work group based on Operator id logon.

Hi,

we have created the multiple RDA RPA processes and in Robot Manager have multiple Work groups which is I created in PRPC but I need only one or two work groups based on operator id login.

and I have modified the decision table also(Get Work Group for Robot By Requestor Operator ID) but it is not working.

can you please give me any solution.

Hey Madhu, 

I am not sure that I understand your question. We normally tie the work group to the package that is assigned. 

If you need to move your robots between work groups, you should be sure to configure the pyGetCandidateWorkGroupListByDispatchOperator decision table and list candidate work groups based on the bots registration operator (also called Administrative operator).
