Group Work Basket bases on Work Groups

I want to group the Workbaskets based on WorkGroups. I want to Show Workgroups with a plus sign to show all workbasket under common workgroup in workbasket section.

For Example:
'Workbasket1' & 'Workbasket2' related to the WorkGroup1
'Workbasket3' & 'Workbasket4' related to the WorkGroup2

--Workbasket1'

--'Workbasket2

WorkGroup2

--Workbasket3'

--'Workbasket4

I want to group the Workbaskets based on WorkGroups. I want to Show Workgroups with a plus sign to show all workbasket under common workgroup in workbasket section.

If you have all the relevant information, you can directly group in the UI itself. You can use repeating dynamic layout and use categorization (under Operations tab).

I am assuming (since it's not mentioned above), you are looking for help in logic to fetch all the work groups and related work baskets?

If Yes, Case manager portal has the similar logic where we display all the work groups mapped to an operator and display Work baskets related to selected work group.

Hi rawap,

Thanks for the response. I am looking for grouping of workbaskets based on workgroup. Currently i have all the workbasket with respect to workgroups i am assigned to. However i want to group the workbaskets based on workgroup. So that i will show workbaskets related to one workgroup will show as group 1 and workbaskets related to another workgroup will show as group 2.

Thanks. I was able to group them. Is there any way i can get expand and collapse on WorkGroup to show hide Workbasket inside Workgroup.
