Robot Manager - Workgroups have multile but need one or two based on user login

Hi,

we have created the multiple RDA RPA processes and in Robot Manager have multiple Work groups which is I created in PRPC but I need only one or two based on operator id login.

can you please give me any solution.

Hello Madhu,

I am not sure what information are you requesting here. It seems from your statements you already have a division of workgroups and work queues for operators that are using RDA and RPA solution. Are you asking how to assign an operator to one of the workgroup/workqueues created? If so, you can use the Pega-Robot-Register decision tree to assign a workgroup by operator.

An example where a bot with Admin@BankerPro operator id gets registered under Banking workgroup.

Hi,

Thanks for your response.

I have created two work groups that two work groups are displaying in Robot Manager portal.

but my question is I need only one work group displayed on Robot Manager based on the operator ID.

I tried above you have given decision table, in Windows identity I have given Operator ID and return value given as work group but still it is showing two work groups.

can you please help me how can I achieve single work group based on the operator id.
