We want to have two workbasket in one workgroup and have part of the VM's handle one set of work and remaining VM's handle another set of work. Does Robot Manager have any functionality for BOT assignment to specific workbasket?
We want to have two workbasket in one workgroup and have part of the VM's handle one set of work from one workbasket and remaining VM's handle another set of work from another workbasket. Depending on the need, we should be able to increase or decrease the number of machines handling one set of work. Can anyone advise if that can be controlled in the robot manager and if so, how do we do it? Does Robot Manager have any functionality for BOT assignment to specific workbasket ?

Currently, the work from each workbasket is exhausted before work from subsequent lower priority workbaskets are assigned. If you need multiple workbaskets simultaneously, they would need to be in different workgroups. Perhaps this is a feature you could request via your Engagement Lead.

Also - Robot Manager 6 will offer the ability to also prioritize by urgency, so that robots pull the highest urgency assignment, regardless of which basket in the group that assignment comes from.
If you want specific robots to always pull from a specific basket, the best way to do that is to setup a separate workgroup for that robot.
