Robot Manager - User experience.
We have been using Robot manager for the past 3 months.
I could feel that the integration with robot manager is little complex and the bots/process is being tightly coupled with PEGA PRPC [Can't get the work done if you don't have a PRPC expertise]. I hope Pega makes it simple and more user friendly in upcoming release.
Do other ppl have same opinion ?

I am sorry to hear you are finding it difficult to use. While there can be a bit of a learning curve we have a significant amount of documentation here to assist on for using it. This can be found here: https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/pega-robot-manager-6
Generally speaking, the changes we are making it will make Robot Manager easier to learn, but most likely not in the way we are expecting. We are constantly expanding on the functionality of Robot Manager. This makes accomplishing a variety of tasks easier and adds even greater flexibility with the Robot Manager tool. However, it is still a tool that you will have to take some degree of time to learn.
