Pega capability for 100 % seamless user experience.
Hi Team,
Does PEGA have the capability/mechanism to ensure seamless user experience happens during the event of JVM crash/scale down scenarios ?
Even with the High Availability feature implementation users need to log off and login to retrieve their sessions ? We are looking for 100% no impact mechanism.

As you mentioned, High Availability is the option Pega recommends.
To answer your question regarding sessions, if you configure SSO in HA then the users dont have to login again if there is a crash/failure.

configure SSO in HA ? Do you meant to say if the SSO authentication protocol has been enabled for any application,then the user doesnt have to logoff and login during the event of a JVM crash (with HA enabled) ? On a side note,LDAP protocol has been enabled for our application.
