Grafana is a great tool used in L2 support across data centers for monitoring purpose. It will be very helpful to L2 teams if pega integrates with grafana seamlesly. future is cloud applications and grafana is very much accepted tool in L2 support. Pega shoud be integrated with this kind of tools for Easy monitoring by L2 teams which are non pega users.

That's a good point,
however it seems to be supported already since ELK is not application specific and can be used with various Java applications including Pega, please find manual here:
