Outlook add-on is only working with the access group SysAdmin in Sales Automation
We have configured the outlook add-on for Sales automation. Also using SSO. But we see that only users that has the access group: SysAdmin are able to see the Outlook add-on in there browser. Also we added to the access group: SalesOps the portal "OutlookAddIn" but it still doesn't work. See attachment. What do we need to configure for the access groups? Thanks in advance. Can it be that the Access Role name do need some other Access Class? See attachment Best Regards, Puck
I don't know how but our Team resolved this issue.
