How to send SMS to a current operator of a case in an activity?
Are there any OOTB rule that can achieve this?

@alfin.putra ok, the above approaches are easy and straightforward with just an api call. But if you need ootb way of doing, you can achieve it using correspondence of phonetext type,pyworkparty with pyworkparty/pyCorrpreferences(1) with phonetext, setting param.CorrName and then you need to call CorrNew activity

@alfin.putraI do agree with others, you can configure your connect rest and can confiure a data page(eg. D_SendSMS) taking PhoneNumber and Message as input parameters. This is how we had achieved in our application as well.
@alfin.putra you will need to use API(Fast2SMS API)/component(twilio component if you are using CRM framework) to send mobile SMS to the user.
