how to open a case in user portal using an activity?
I have created a work object by calling Addwork activity in PreDisplayHarness activity which will be called by default when we launch the portal.
When I launch the portal, new case being created successfully. Now I want to display that newly created work object when the portal Launched.
Could someone please provide any suggestions how to display the newly created work object on portal launch?
I tried usin doUIAction and show-Harness activities. But no use.
Please let me know if you need any more information regarding this.

I guess you need to handle it from the portal level by passing parameters liks assignment key and all.
Basically when you launch a portal, it uses a section pyPortalContent which decides what needs to be loaded and displays first to the end user. This section by default sets the parameter to pyDashboard7
Try changing it and see if you can pass some assignment specific info there to open that in review or perform mode.

I have a similar requirement. I need to create a Case through SSO and also need to open the case when the portal is loaded. I have used javascript to call the activity and pass the assignment handle to the openassignment method in the javascript. It works for me.
