Hi John,

Can you please send a screen shot of the configuration that you have performed.
Got to know that few of the operator has stopped support for email to SMS conversion  that we may be attempting here.

I just checked - that content has been Archived and that's why non-Pega employees are unable to view it.

Any chance non-pega employees can see this archived content, We are not seeing any other effective content related to SMS functionality on PDN.
