I'd love to hear if you have. Looking into what can be done with Twilio, minimum versions, rulesets, and any documentation you can find on this feature. I believe it exists but it's like it's not talked about anywhere. Perhaps it's a recent addition? Or perhaps I'm mistaken and the PegaFW-Twilio ruleset (the lone reference when I search on the PDN) is for some other Twilio.
