Does chatbot / IVA support on-premise solution?
We have a requirement from one of our big clients to integrate a Pega chatbot/Intelligent virtual agent into our on-premise system. As we are using Pega system on premises for all enterprise level transactions, we need to ensure that the chatbot never communicates with the cloud platform.
Could you please answer the following questions for us?
1. Does the chatbot support an on-premise solution?
2. Does the NLP support an on-premise solution?
