How to configure chatting between CSR's
We are looking into requirement for using Pega chat to chat CSR -> CSR. We currently have configuration for Chat Bot to escalate to a CSR as per OOTB Chat With Agent case, but we are looking to see if we can expand this to allow CSR's to speak to each other.
I am wondering the optimal way to configure this for Pega chat (Platform 8.3.2 or higher)
