Pega chat - CZCONVERSATIONSTATUS in time line events and summary tables

Hi,

I see different status values in the column CZCONVERSATIONSTATUS in time line events and summary tables.

can someone please lead me to a link or document which describes all the possible values in this column and differences between the values. 

Also how these two table are different? can we expect every record in summary table should be there in timeline as well but not vice versa?
