That error can appear for a variety of reasons. The most common of which is that you deleted a link (a yellow or blue line) with a breakpoint on it without first deleting the breakpoint. To fix this, close all open automations and adapters. Then select Delete All Breakpoints from the Debug menu. This will delete these orphaned ones. This error may still happen when stepping through certain things like Try...Catch blocks.
