How to access an Attachment

When a user is asked to upload an attachment, how do you access that attachment? Is there a specific file path or variable? Within 8.2.1

Hi,

the file gets uploaded to the following path in the server:

 “work\Catalina\localhost\prweb\StaticContent\global\ServiceExport”
