How To Remove "Add" and "Advanced" link access from Attachments
I am creating a Read Only Access Group which will have only read only access to all case types. However I'm not able to figure out how to remove Add ad Advanced links from attachments section. I have attached the image for better clarification.

Hello,
You need to modify/customize "pyCaseAttachments" section in order to achieve this. Note that, this section is getting referenced from another wrapper section (pyCaseAttachmentsWrapper) which is embedded in "pyCaseAttachmentsTopWrapper". Visibility condition when rule can be built as preferred by developer. . (For example: Role based restriction). Let us know if this helps..

Hi,
You can navigate to the section containing the "Add" and "Advanced" link using Live UI tool and give the requied condition on the visibility field or you can set the visibility to be "disabled".
