How to add multiple attachments with Attachment?
Is there a way for the user to be able to add more than one attachment with the Attachment field in a case and how can I configure that? It would be really useful in my case type.
Please advise if anyone has a solution for this.

Hi Faisal,
Yes you can add multiple attachments.
Step1 :
1) Under Collect information step, Click on configure view and add field and make property type as text itself. .(Property Name: Multiple files attachment , Property Type : Text)
2)Under Apps-->UserInterface-->Collect Information step-->double click on Multiple files attachment (i.e open cell properties)-->Text(change)--> Action:Attachment.
3)Save!!!

Hi Vicky, thank you for your response. This shows the attachments in the recent content section, but I want to be able to show them in another step in the journey. How would I be able to do that? There is no field I can use to include in the step.
