Maximum no of Files we can attach in the Attachment?
Hi,
Maximum no of files, We are able to attach in the Attachment?
EX: I need to attach 20 file in the attachment.
file-1
file-2
so on
file-20.
Can you please help me.

@Mahi8466 there is no limit to number of attachments in a case. It will be a single physical attachment in data-workattach-file and that will be linked to case. But if there will be scope of many attachments best approach is to use pega ootb repository (pegacloudfilerepository) or external repository (AWS S3 or azure etc).

The number of attachments that can be included in a case is unlimited. It is associated to the case at an instance of Data-Workattach-File, appropriate case instance with Link-Attachment record Use Attachment gadget (pyCaseAttachments) if:You intend to provide a unified view of all the associated attachments, along with the ability to attach new file.
For Best practices Pega offers several models of file storage integration: repository, web storage, database, and Content Management Interoperability Services (CMIS). Repository, web storage, and CMIS can be used both for storing attachments and for sourcing attachment files – browsing files in storage and attaching them to your case. AWS S3, Azure Blob storage, JFrog Artifactory, and a local file system.
Pega Cloud File Storage (PCFS) is a default repository, is highly reliable, private, and secure and set as the default attachments storage for all applications that are deployed on Pega Cloud.
