How to restrict an user to download an attachment?
Good day, I'm using PEGA Infinity 8.1.5 And I'm trying to restrict users from downloading an attachment received from a case and I would like to know what would be the best approach to complete this, thank you in advance.

Good day Rakshith,
Thanks for the tip. I checked the article and follow the steps to restrict with when, because of my requirements, it is the best approach. However I encounter an issue with this approach, no matter how is set, I'm still able to download the file, and I need to restrict that.
Right now I made an Attachment Category and set with when rule to only view, edit and delete, and the Never rule to only create.
I'm attaching an example of a user who can only create, and as you can see is working, but he can download.
I did some trace and it seems to be that it runs some other when/activities to download the file apart from the attachment categories .
Please advice.

One approach would be disabling the Link for downloading the attachment based on when condition which checks if the logged-in user has privilege.

Thanks for the tip. It seems to be the way to restrict the download, I'm checking if there is another approach, but appears to be a way to solve it.

Good day,
I'm still having the issue, I tried in Sample application "PegaCSFSSample 8" and its the same, it let me download the attachment without permission in the attachment category.
Please advice.

Did you add privilege or when rule for access control in the Attachment category?
