How to configure Attachment Category

Hi,

I'm working on PRPC 7.1.9

I have a requirement to create an attachment category and want to put some conditions on Deleting the attachments.

I tried it with applying privilege rules to restrict the Deleting the attachments.

Can anyone help with some documentation of how to configure it other than the pdn self study document or help me with some suggestions on how to do it.
