The hardest part to get this to work is to send the multi-part form using Postman. Below is the configuration I used to upload an attachment to our server.

The configuration for the Body is:

• form data as body type
• the context key (string) should have a value (any value is fine it seems)
• the content key (file) should contain the file for upload (upload in postman)

The ID is required for the next call.

The {CaseID} is the pzInsKey of the work object you want to add the attachment to. The json body contains the name and type of file. The ID is stored from the previous call.

As can be seen with the body, it's possible to upload multiple files and attach all of them in one call.

After these calls are performed, the file is attached to the work object.
