Hi All,
while individual try to reply to my email sent from PEGA got an error:
"An error occurred while processing your email Reason: Email service [EmailDefault][Appclass][AppSE] failed:PRRuntimeError You originally wrote: "
I do see emails in the attachment but I don't get any notifications that something was sent to me.
Can anyone please suggest for what reason it happens as there is nothing being logged in Logs.
Also, there is some error count in SMA(Listener).

Are you able to reproduce the issue consistently so you can trace the listener and see what is failing?

Hi There,
This is application related error.
Please trace the requestor to understand more on it.
Also check where the OBJ-Open happens and try to see if that object exists in DB.

As this was the old case, so the case has been resolved and completed. And also she was able to get notification without error.Seems it happened for 1 day only.
And for other cases no error occurred.
what possibly could be the reason?
